Managing the Cost of Sales
Through one lens, the cost of increasing sales can be very low, but through another, the costs can be astronomical. Regardless of the lens, the cost of sales plays out most often in the form of dollars or time. The sales process is not an instant one and all of the good intentions in the world will not turn a $10,000 investment into $1,000,000 in sales overnight.
As with any long-term investment, consistent, strategic investment in all phases of the process will deliver better results than sporadic, lump sums.
